Douglass Advisory frequently works in collaboration with licensed attorneys to help clients and their legal counsel better understand the financial implications of business decisions, restructuring plans, capital strategies, and operational changes. We support counsel by clarifying financial realities—not by offering legal interpretation or advice.

Clients are encouraged to keep their current attorney. Douglass Advisory will coordinate and communicate directly with counsel when appropriate and authorized. If a client does not have legal representation, Douglass Advisory may provide referrals to independent attorneys or law firms based on the client’s needs. These referrals are suggestions only; clients are solely responsible for selecting and engaging their own legal counsel.
